Adam once i have built my headers you will be welcome to use my external Waste gate turbo side manifold.
Looks like i won't be needing it much longer
But yes i am staying single turbo.
but for the next 3 months I'm guna slap that manifold back on and when my wof runs out it will be time to get serious and do the headers & other Certification worthy mods that i have been wanting to do.

My Avatar picture is OFICIALLY out of date
old N busted
new N Hotness
and this last pic shows the 4 pot ever so slightly visable through the factory 15" wheel
car now rocks 20mm adapters front and rear
I have only done one side as I damaged a wheel bearing, and I still need to order braided brake lines to totally finish off.
I am going to try it with the factory master cylinder if this does not work out I am going to get my original master cylinder bored out and rebuilt.

Rebuilding the brake calipers, split them apart and removed all the pistons & seals
Also car looking a bit more staunch with the wheels sitting nice and flush, rear is the same and the front is still really high as it only just came off the chassis stands.

Just because i had to
Shiny and clean
My rebuild kit should arrive at BNT tomorow and then i should be able to plumb it all up and see how the pedal feels ( only have rubber lines for now i need to order some Braided ones but im a bit poor from spending money on cars eh.)

100% definitly bolted up to the car and not coming off again
It seems like a simple sub project but there is so many things to do.
Only finished one side and I came in for a Rum & Coke and now i CBF going out doing the other side.
Made some decent spacers last night to replace the dodgy test fit ones i threw on there
Cut down the original brake dust sheild ( actually cut off way to much but ) but the reason i put it back on was that i has a bit that stops all the shit getting into the hubs oil seal.
During the brake caliper rebuild i punched out the internal flare fitting and milled the end of the brake caliper so that it can take a banjo bolt fitting ( IE works with the original Z31 brake line )
as it happens Z31 Brake lines are almost an exact match for S13 front braided brake lines in length and fittings so i just need to order a set to be totally finished.
Total cost of conversion would be approx
Brake Calipers $150
Brake Rebuild set $70
Hub machining $ 120
New High tensile Bolts $10
Rotors @ 40 each $80 total
Pads $60
Front Brake Lines $100
New wheel bearings 40 each $80 total
Total Brake conversion is $670 and everything is brand new.
Shit better perform well for that much $$$$$$

What an incredible difference !!! Went for a quick blat just past my house, braking power is massive compared to what it used to be.
Pedal is petty long ( especially with the rubber lines ) However i would feel 100% comfortable taking it for a proper drive as it is currently.
