Very Tidy front end Greg, makes me jealous how well it fits together !
Bit of a bummer the cross member slots didn't work out, can you
MIG them back up and re do the slots by hand or something ?
I like the mirrors on the 610, they are nice units.

mirrors looks good man. just a quick hint, may want to put a heat shield of some sort on that brake line near the dump pipe to protect it

Mirrors look awesome Greg!!
Yeah you will most likely need a heat shield or a exhaust wrap the dump pipe for cert. Ive dont this to mine.
Also adjustable camber to slip thru cert as the have really buckled down on camber

Hey Greg,
Autobend sell bosses for O2 sensors. I'd reccomend welding one into your dump pipe. Then you can fit a wideband to your car, (They're getting quite affordable nowdays) and have one more thing to distract you while your driving.

Cheers guys, will be getting dump pipe heat proof powder coated so that should be ok and maybe wrap it too. Just need to finish cleaning up fuel tank for a new coat of paint and waiting on my cooler pipes to be finished at Autobend also need to bend up the new fuel send line then I should be able to start her up!!
Dan did away with the o2 sensor on my loom Bart. He said he never uses them on the CA's hes done.

I think what Bart was getting at is by fitting an 02 Bung, it gives you the option of running a Wide band Oxygen Sensor
Totally separate from the main ECU or wiring loom. I too would recommend having the threaded bung welded into it before it gets heat coated. Wide band sensor and gauge saved me from det a few times when it went lean suddenly.
