pulls to the right under braking, check to see if the calipers are sliding freely, ive had this problem happen to my 1200 ute in the past and found a sticking caliper.

Yeah definately swings you violently into the path of oncoming traffic, think you could be right!

pulls to the right under brakes... hmmm ive driven many sunny and have not yet driven one that pulls up straight under brakes.. there farking hard to keep in a straight line just normal driving lol

I'll have to have a look. I'm sure I have some crap I need rid of.

Noticed that my front bumper endcaps are actually covering a full wrap around chrome bumper.
Is this normal, or has somebody glued endcaps on an early bumper or something?

I was temped to tear them off but the rear bumper NEEDS the endcaps as its just C section, not wrap around.

mine had the caps removed. Didn't look too bad. There was a cutout on part of it on each corner. also had a wee stud type thing on it. but in all honesty they person who ever noticed was a datsun nut.

Ill leave them for now i think.

Also, caliper has mean chunk of corrosion. Gay

Rust was fixed this weekend too

Corrosion was more prevelent than expected, so 3 patches ensued.
Pulled the caliper apart and it was stuck real good like,
so cleaned it as best i could, chipped as much of the rusted scale off and re-assembled.. When Bled, ill se if that helps.
I hope to christ it does because I havent had a driver in about 2 months and its poos.
