Ressurecting to post this video. Got it all going to take to the oldschool nationals track day.
So
video from the front grille of skyline at taupo

I have an R200 from a R31 skyline. I'm not sure if the rear cover is going to work with my C110 yet as I'm yet to measure it up but its a 4.3 ratio so is going to be much better for the track that my 3.5 ratio as I found it hard to get even close to using 4th gear.

yeh thanks guys, track day was heaps of fun and the 6 cyl does make sweet noises.
need some help from the R200 gurus
this is my C110's R180 next to what i have been told is a R31 R200.
i know im going to need a new moustache bar made up as i dont have any to suit a R200 but its the half shafts im suck at, from what i can figure out my C110 half shafts are a little weird. looks like all R200s had half shafts that bolt on to a flange at both the diff and out side hub? so looks like i need to find some to suit. am i correct in assuming this and that my R180 half shafts are of little use?
also are the input shafts the same? so i can swap my R180 input flange to the R200 to suit my drive shaft?

The R200 has a 280ZX rear mount on it just out of interest. I think all R31s also had CV shafts so that probably is a ZX diff.
What do the wheel ends of your axles look like, are they a 4x1 or 3x2 flange? Cars with CV shafts slip straight into the diff and only have a flange on the outside end of the axle.
The input flange should be interchangable, I've never done it R200 to R180 though.

Is there a Bolt head in the centre of that Drive flange? If so you may find that the out put of your R180 can be bolted in place once the R200 one is removed, I'm not sure of the OD of the splines / seal areas though, but you may find the the buttons on the inside of the diff, that they bolt into, are the same. Pinion size, sorry no idea.

Yep I'm with Dan, I do have a R31 diff (which I removed from car myself) and it is CV on the diff side not flange like the diff you have pictured.
