yeah what everyone else said, vht spray is the goods, have used it mulitple times over the alst 10 years and never had a problem, and like josh said make sure its super clean. also do the first coat very very light, same with the second. first one as almost a mist, makes it adhere much better.

I had a wee look at it yesterday, its sweet!
I noticed you have too much oil in rear carb and not enough in the front one.
They are indeed GX carbs which is total win! believe they are 38's

I took her for another pin on sat night, she's so sweet!!! But missing my 510 like mad

Update!

Brought a flash new door for her ($240 later) fitted her on but needed some adjusting!!
Dropped her off to a mate (project_1200_ute) and he fit her up good as for me, just need to pick up now.

Dads having it in his workshop for a wee bit and panel beating it for me, I'll be prepping it with dad as well for paint along with my brother and my brother is going to spray it for me! 2k Cream or there abouts Unless I change my mind... but doubt it Although I saw a picture of a bright yellow roadstar and man it looked pretty sweet... suggestions would be good if anyone wants to share! Not gunmetal grey or black (the two I want the most but dont want to copy leppa & haydens, and dan1200sss won't let me do black )

May have found some wheels for it... we will see.. Plans next are getting the carpet done(either by lewis if he has the time or dads mate again as he owes a few favours), motor running bit better (so, sorting out the carbs and such) need a battery asap for it (lol) and wof/reg!

Here some new goodies I've got for it,

Kartboy sold me some mint door cards which I'm going to keep tan for a while, then black them out. need a wee clean when I get around to it


dattochriswagon kindly swapped me for his sweet steel grill! Just needs bit of tidying/painting/polishing/mounts etc


maddat1 also sold me some brand new wing mirrors so hope they suit her!


dan1200sss brought himself a yz250.. so I'll be on the look out for a wee pitbike/125cc mx bike we can chuck up on the back and head down to the river. bring on this awesome weather again!! !(19.2 deg today!)

Colour must be the hardest thing to choose. I've always dreamed about these styles here

Yeah gotta love those styles, maybe I should repaint the ute and the coupe and have copies of these. mmmmmmm
