yeah looks great (at night and from far away) the outside surface is OK but the inside, where they have moulded the support panel is best described as shit, Ill be able to tidy it up and get it how I want, but it will take many hours of work sanding and filling with bog.

Anyone buying one of these off the guy from hamilton on trade-me just be aware when his auction states (will need some sanding) he means get ready for some hell sanding blisters,
that said, its what I want and the top side only needs a heavy coat of 2k primer and blocking back to be mint , and will set the whole car off .

Hi all, well things are coming along slowly (although quicker than the last 12 months) I have spent quite a few late nights getting the guards and valance to line up, the bonnet NOW fits  semi embarrising story, but nothing a 10 ton porta-power couldnt resolve, and the guards have been welded on at the sills, for a very seamless look, the front struts have been out and springs replaced, so the tyres dont hit the guards any-more, Im home sick at the moment so it will be another day or so before I can get back on this, the next step is to fabricate some door skins, fine-fill (bog) and sand the roof, then its off to the booth for a couple of ltres of sprits, block the body down, 2 pack undercoat block down again paint colour-sand and top coat, then start the process of re-assembly.
It wont be at akaroa (I already have a ride sorted for that one) but hope to have it on the road to take santa for a ride in.
no point in pics at this stage as it looks the same as in the last pics, just with a valance.
