Hi guys, please let me know if you are still keen for this event in this thread.

I am organising this on the day ( i volunteered

) as i have had experience running MSNZ Clubsport events in the past.

PLEASE RE-READ the first post as we have changed a few thing to allow for everyone to get on track.

As with all motorsport - motorsport is dangerous so as long as everyone abides by the rules on the day we will have no issues and a fun / safe event.

Hi Matto - We are allowing members to run later model datsuns

or nissans for this event. This means yes you can run your 300zx and Bart can run his Bluebird if you so wish for example.

But take me for instance i cant run my new work hack 2012 Corolla as its not a nissan/datsun and i dont have a flat peak cap.

Also if 2 people want to run one car (common for Autocrosses) one can run in the fast group and one in the slow.

Also depending on what happens on the night, we could also finish early on the track and setup some cones at the bottom end of the track for a couple of motokhana style sessions - would be about half hour each and are loads of fun on tarmac - each car gets one timed run per course.

And stoked that you guys have opted to run the 100km/hr 'cruise' so I can take kids for a few 'cold' laps.
