I am not sure about locally,
Out sourced
Few options
https://technotoytuning.com/nissan/510/ ... datsun-510" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.ermish-racing.com/suspension" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
And Skib from Ratsun makes them as well - I failed to find a link.
Probably a few more about as well.
S13 coilovers into 510

Information is endless on the subject

Should get in touch with Barry from Manon Racing Products as his custom coilover assemblies dont seem to be to badly priced.
He maybe able to sort you out, (for similar dollars to what your planning on bring in from the states) and you will be dealing with someone in Nz if you have any issues.
After making some for the rears id say a o/a length around 480mm at the lowest would work ( dont quote me though)

For that kind of money you could surely buy some S13 rears used with body adjustability, make up a top hat to suit with a spherical bearing and as long as they're a rebuildable type (Tein etc.) have easy ride height adjustment, captive springs and serviceability rather than collar adjustment and an unknown brand of shock.
Those things don't look like they have bump stops either. I wouldn't want to use the factory bump stops, as the constant bottoming out of the rear suspension seems to be what breaks the rear control arms.

What I was after was "direct bolt in product". As in, no need to make my own top hats, modify anything, take measurements, figure out spring rates etc (I can't and my engineering mates are in Nelson).
As for "
http://www.ermish-racing.com/suspension", they are the guys I linked to already. They are the ones selling/supplying the shocks pictured.
That techno tuning product is also sans the keeper spring, bush at both ends etc. Not much different to the ermish-racing ones (although they look look like they have dampener adjustment). Look nice though.

Adam, I'd recommend going and seeing either stocks or autolign when you're ready for shocks.
Ie after you have finished cutting and shutting the body, decided on arms etc and generally finished the rear end to where you want it to sit.
Them have something either made to suit what little area is left for a coilover shock or just buy some s13 body adjustable units and "do a bit more cuttin" and open up / raise / make new rear strut towers.

If you mash out a few calculations and measurements then adjustable body isn't such a big deal. Because once your certed at a low height you can't really change it anyway.
Generally you can set your ride height (spring not installed) take the measurement eg 400mm at static ride height between the mounting points.
Work out what spring rate you need eg 10kg per mm. say there is 250kg on each wheel you know know that your sag = 250 / 10 = 25mm, so as long as your fully extended measurement is 425 mm then your set and you can use this to buy your coilover shock.
That's just an example but its just a matter of measure the distance, calc the spring rate, then buy a coil over to suit.
A lot of Americans will probably use steel body speedway shocks with 2.25" springs which come in 1" length increments, These can have the shim stacks re valved locally so they can be setup for street use. I didn't look at the links above but Im guessing thats roughly what the 510 Realm example is.

That's been on the 510 realm as well. Some rather extreme/dangerous angles on those rod ends.
