Good to hear you're off the Sauce luke. Maybe now you can begin to learn about cars proper.
The local spring guys to deal with are belemy and east in Falsgrave street. Be sure that you have the eyes of you leaf springs reversed. That way you'll be able to keep the eliptical shape to your leaves. Springs that are just flat, are shit. It'l ride like shit, and perform like crap.

can someone please dumb it down a whole lot for me?

i will have 2 inch blocks in it, and want me 14x6.5 work equips to still be clear of guard rub with nice tyres on them, nothing balloony. maybe 195/45s? so will maybe leave as they are just strip and repaint, before friday.

dropped off the nuts and bolts for greg the fantastic fish to zinc up all pretty for me, and will hopefully be back with me soon, if so a lower back end by friday/saturday? yes with pictures you lot :poke:

will be wire brush/primer/paint the diff/axle thing tomorrow or thursday after the leaves in a gloss black of some sort,

small issue here...... old gearbox mount has been beaten out of the way for the 60a 5spd box, i need someone to weld something in that will pass a cert for new mount/mounts. before disasembly it was a crossmember made of 5mm thick 30mm wide and however long piece of steel bolted to floor. hence the floor pulling apart back in oct 2011. this is whats left of th old one on driver side. passenger is fine.

kinda figured that seeing as they are stashed on a shelf :lol: i dont have tyres for them yet till money allows

update.

top coated leaf springs tonight, primered diff and axles, have all new bushes sitting there ready to go, and finally finished wire brushing underside of car!!!!!!!!!

big thanks to greg for the nice shiney plating done on everything which i picked up this arvo :D

didnt fit :deadhorse: but luckily my stock standard nissan one from my sunny did! will get yours back to you asap

update

primered the underside today after lunch, allowed it to dry, then slapped on some underseal!!!! boot through to firewall on one side done, boot to driverside rear seat done.
now the questions i need answered......

do i need to do 2 coats in the boot area?
do i need to do 2 coats anywhere? was gonna do two from firewall to rear wheel arches.

how do i get the flippin stuff off my hands????? :guns: (answer this one first)
