Im flat out working on actual Datsuns and my motorbike so i can leave Sunny with panel shop to fix the fucking thing through insurance. Its an easy fix but i feel raped and salted, im not going to be any further out of pocket for it.

All i need is the sill length from rear arch to front of door with a bit of overhang (i think it was 700ish?) and a template of the profile of the sill with measurements for each fold and flat face. + steel. Ill be at oldschool meat on sunday, dunno about the cruise.

is it possible to organise a day to work on it as it would be nice to see it at another fundraiser gig.

I spoke to the master fabricator regarding another session just this morning. He reckoned he could just about knock over the metal work in one session if he gets a day free.

wow this first post was Mon Aug 11, 2008 6:08 pm.. going on 4 years now i know its probly been said, dreamt of, maybe even wet dreams for some of getting it to akaroa in oct. this can be that year

Mush is with holding the pics. I've heard the work is top notch, and he's done heaps.
The trailer is now registered too.
It may be making an appearance at Akaroa.

Money well spent. Look forward to seeing it in action.

I can personally praise his workmanship. Am very keen to see this thing in the flesh (as it were) or some pics!
