From memoery the factory shocks would have had bump stops (around the shaft), so you may need to refit some to your current shocks (I take it they have been removed form you above statement)

The single one above the diff isnt really suitable on its own as the diff can rotate and one side bottom out

i have about 5 you can choose from, mostly tan, about 1984 era, couple black ones. 1972 era.
(may need back if i ever go/finish for cert)

Some trouble with my setup raising the rear so

So yeah have cert, reg and wof now. took it to akaroa as some of you would have seen and also took it down south the weekend just been. Loving driving it even though the road noise combined with the fuel pump noise at 100k makes it a pretty uncomfy drive. had some troubles with clutch/gearbox but cheers to Greg I put new slave cylinder in and it seems to have sorted my issues.

anyway heres some pics. Big thanks to everyone who helped out on this build! but as you all know these things are never really finished....

and for some reason these photos have loaded upside down. if you click on them though it loads them the right way up...who knows...
