I know someone that can make these type of wheels if anyone needs them.....he does them completely safely tho, as he builds them all the time for the Modified's at Woodford Glen in chch.
But......not sure on legality of them on the road? lol......but you can always swap them over for warrents

Elite wheels makes them too i belive? and they can widen alloys too.

if you look at very wide steel drag racing wheels, they have like a scolloping swage around the inside of the dish to give extra strength.
