Inter cooler pipe routes , angles and connector locations have been sorted out, final mockup has been done and now it is somewhat ready for welding.
The IC needs some tabs welded onto it so it can be bolted down.
I can even keep my nice factory Air box ( especially since i only recently stuffed $90 worth of K&N panel filter into it )
And just for your amusement this is what it looks like removed from the car.
I now have to consider some sort of bypass or blow off valve arrangement, it needed one before the IC was fitted because it used to blow the charge pipe off the throttle body until i switched to T bolt clamps.
It will need to be recirculated because I loathe the BOV Psssshhhhhh , my car sounds just good the way it is.
Probably this

please please please go to a water to air setup.
Chris set up his one for prob less than what you have spent on those exhaust bends. It will make your piping around a meter total, Not 3.5m!

Yeah but I didn't buy a single Exhaust bend - already had them and I already had the Inter cooler too.
ALL i have done is cut and shut them together.
Water to Air Core is about $200
Celica GT4 Inter cooler pump is about $100
Some sort of radiator / heat exchanged is Probably $150
Some sort of decent Rad fans are probably $50 - 90
Alternator Rewinding and rebuilding is about $200
Don't hate on the long pipes but they were totally free and this wont be the final setup either. I just really really really want to get the car certified so i can drive the bloody thing after my wedding before the
impending doom of filling up an empty house with furniture after i get married in 2 weeks time
so you see, when i say there is no Dollars to spend, there really isn't because i need a fridge and a table and all sorts of shit for my house

Good work there mate, those VG's sure do fill up an engine bay in a hurry! I think you're right to go air to air, if it's anything like my C32 then space is really at a premium, I think you'd be struggling to get a heat exchanger crammed in there between the turbo outlet and throttle body without being hard up against the strut tower and or the exhaust manifold. I wouldn't lose too much sleep over the long plumbing either, plenty of cars run factory piping setups of similar length without it being a problem. You VG enthusiasts sure are masochists!

Been ages since an update due to getting married and going on honeymoon and shifting into my rental house.
But I did mange to buy some goodies
Z31 Parts.com Bump Steer / Roll Center Adjusters ( Control arms are horizontal and should be sloping down for proper geometry )
and some HKS coil over rear springs, only $30 so i will give them a try and see how they go for lowering ect
Hopefully the springs lower the back a nice 30-40mm to get it sitting nice, i will probably need to get the shocks shortened though.

Ok Nathan Just for you Especially
So far I am at Mockup stage with borrowed, parts to work out the kinks so i can order correct length springs and keepers ect from summit or something.
These are actually from a cheap Honda Kit, the pic shown is to show that at max droop everything is captive and legit, however i need to come up with some wizardry for the lower spring seat as the lower spring seat is further back and off to one side as the upper spring seat causing some serious misalignment.
