Some of you may have seen this -June 09, me and crustywhip took a trip to Dannevirke to see Wulf in Dannevirke.

Some other oldboy from Dannevirke was there giving crusty shit about being a "city slicker" cause he was wearing white leather square toed shoes  BUT he can be seen looking like part of the Dannyvegas crowd sporting a bright blue beanie.

Wulf is 80 years old and lives on 6 acres of every mans dream. He has lived there for 50 odd years and there used to be a rubbish dump next door. This is the result of collecting for that long from the dump. The days when you could help yourself to things. A hobby turned HARD CORE obsessive compulsive disorder. Sure he told us his mrs left him for this reason also.

2 HUGE utility sheds packed to the brim with stuff. :o He has no idea what he actually has most of the time. He had at least 20 vans and a huge house truck, every one stacked to the brim with shit.

Lovely old dude, drives a hard bargain though and it shows with the amount of cars still around. We had a cup of tea and some wine biscuits with honey sandwiched in between them.

His property is never advertised and is only known by word of mouth. Wulf is the mother of all hoarders. I even saw a poor condition stuffed deer that he picked up from the dump. He could have made a killing when scrap prices were higher.

His pride of joy is the 30-40s ish blue truck that is piled with shit. Some mates of his came over to try and start it up after sitting a year but their battery was well flat.

Guess he is too old to care too much now, 6 acres approx 500 cars, most from 30's-50's.

Only a few dattos, 2 x 180bs and 1 x 1600 and think there was a 240c in poor condition.

Check the pics. We spent 3 hours just looking around. Kane did manage to get the pedals from a rare as jap import MX41 Cressida (which has black interior.) If ONLY I knew about this place 10 years ago, living in Palmy its only a stones throw away and most of the cars would have been in decent nick. Now they are all rusted and riddled with black berry.

That place is a gold mine! If you sold those cars and shells to the right market you would make a mint.

My 620 is a really early one 1973, L series not standard, but the pillar vents are there and intact. Only thing is that they have a recess in the pillar to suit, so its got me buggered. No signes of a RHD conversion. I got pictures too.

Oh, live rego too, lol.
