How rooted is the motor? I could be keen on the head if you can be bothered taking it off

It's an unknown condition one atm. Turns over freely, but hasn't been started in over 5years.
And It has been with out a carb (And nothing covering the intake manifold) for just as long.

At this point, while I'm still doing the head, intake and exhaust on 'Annie' I don't have the time to split it up...
So, I'm not sure as yet, as to what I'm going to do with the motor.

Ok, I've sold a whole pile of stuff to my mate here in Nelson.

Still up for grabs:

-front door windows + mechs & runners
-Rear quarter windows + mechs
-Rear window (Factory demister)
-Roof lining
-Rear interior panels (Side and pillar trims -minus rear window plastics)
-Drivers door card
-Door handles
-Inside door handle/lock mech/plastic surround
-Full under bonnet wiring loom (Park light wires cut)
-All of the suspension...
Hubs, rotors, calipers, drums, diff, front and rear sub frames, shocks, springs, control arms steering rack etc...

Any chance you still have the front seats?? cheers

Update:
Rear quarter windows and mechs are sold...

Also i just realised that the guys who did the final strip out for me cut the front sway bar IN HALF!! F*@K IT!! Grrrr...
