In running 15x9.5 and 15x8. Not sure on offset ATM. But they fit almost perfect to my requirements

Bands are better than spacers

Point to note...... I believe slip on spacers are illegal. At least you won't get cert with them. Must be bolt on

Could be worth looking into?
Steel or alloy? I heard that there was guy in Darfield or somewhere doing steel bands for SSR's etc.
4 or 5mm alloy.

would a steel band be cheaper?

and if spacers are legal (bolt on type thanks dan ;) ) granted i wont have delicious dish, but i will have even fitment front and rear.

ALSO......... springs getting dropped in to bellamy and east tomorrow to get shortened. gonna get 2 sets done, one for each set of shortened shocks

I agree with Kitch time in sanding etc can be costly, I will be soda cleaning mine
as it really is the better option for the final result.

Kitch wrote:I had my coupe fully sodium blasted; inside, outside, underneath, roof and all.
got no warpage or damage, and the boys blew all the soda out before epoxy priming it.

Showed the car in all its honesty, as blew out all the fill, paint, underseal, and loose rust etc

although it can be surprising how things are actually underneath years of "historical" repairs...

I have nothing negative to report, other than the cost (but that out weighs the elbow grease!)

Unsure what blasters in Chch are like, but the guys down here in Timaru do a good job.
I also gotta agree with Kitch on this one. Really interested to see how it turns out
