Not trying to tell you how to suck eggs, but you might need longer bolts on the bottom mount of your air bags. The bolt in the picture isn't quite long enough to fully engage the nylon of the nyloc nut.

Well spotted leppa,ther will be pics up as soon as they fit on the car,new front hubs and IRS are needed to clear the gaurds

Thats quite a sizable radiator you have too.
I wonder how long it will take for it to boil when you're sitting at 5500 in top gear on the skid pad? I'm really looking forwad to seeing that!!!! :tits:

Why only 5500 when factory limiter is over 7000 and im gonna raise it some more mwaha ha.Gonna need that big radiator then! :burnout:

Are your windscreens fixed in with rubbers or just urethaned? If urethaned did you have to get spacers put in?

Mine need to go back in but in the workshop manual it shows spacers need to go in. Just wondering if can get away without them.

Looking so goooood. Is Akaroa on the cards this year? :drool:

Nah i cant see it being done for akaroa but id like it done for summer.Windows are urethaned in but they didnt use spacers they ran some sticky foam stuff around the inside of the window tho,i dont know what to call it it was kinda like that stuff you use to stop drafts in old wooden doors... sorry bout the discription!
