Spot weld drill?

with someone to drill it out for me? or show me how to?

You can buy a special drill bit for drilling out spot welds. Any panel beating supplier should stock one. You drill the spot until you breach the first panel layer and then use a cold chisel and hammer to seperate the two panels
There should be a YouTube clip on how to use one

Brocky has those spot weld drill bits....

I'm assuming it is spot welded on? The Z ones are.
