Not a huge amount done to it really. Let's see...
5 speed gearbox
R31 shortened front struts/brakes
Adjustable lower control arms
Reset rear leaves and lowering blocks
Custom driveshaft tunnel
Ported/Polished closed-chamber head with Kelford cam

It's a legit 85 mm front crossmember to ground which was the major bit of work.

Next on the cards is exhaust I reckon. Go for maximum ground clearance.
I've got a set of Mikuni Solex sidedraughts that I was toying with the idea of using, but we'll see.
Nice man. I was planning on it but the mrs has us going to a wedding down south... Yay. I need to get the leaves done on mine she is a pretty tough ride. Mines a 2L 5 speed with sss carbs. Dont see too many of them around aye, do you know of any others around the place?

I've seen a handful on TradeMe, plus I've heard about one out on the East Coast that some guys are apparently turning into a show car.

There was also one down in the South Island that had a 2L and 5 speed in it, perhaps that is the one that you have? I thought it was black though...obviously not.

Nah I had the springs done at Archers in Rotorua.

I'm based in Hamilton and yeah they are difficult to get bits for. At least the front shares bits with the sedan.
