Another wee tip on car prep. Oil catch cans. These need to be Factory recirculation or all breather tubes need to be connected to a catch can of sturdy design and sufficient capacity, i.e. 2L capacity but much stronger than a milk bottle. We don't want to be the club that coats the track in oil :) If you do have trouble pull off the race line and out of the way. Don't get out and work on your car unless you are safely behind a flag point or the like, otherwise leave teh car and get to a safe place to wait for assistance.

Last time I was out there they were wanting everyone to have 2 springs on the carburetter (or throttle body). Does that apply this time?

I think double safe is better, most side draught set ups will have 2 springs, if your car hasn't and it has any sort of performance I recommend you fit a second spring, for all the cost.
This is a track day, not a club sport sprint, the more modified a car is the more I would expect safety to be a factor, but provided your ride has a Wof and reg, you should be sweet.
It's you I'm worried about :)
Cotton overalls, that means self extinguishing, not nylon and a helmet as in first post.
This should be a good, fun event, not too much regulation.
I might put the 12ie round now it has shocks

Dude, Just get that sticker off it. You have plenty of time if you apply yourself to it.
