Doesn't look like a bad project - as rough as it looks let's face it, most of them are or were that bad before painting and rust free shells pretty much can't be bought anymore. Reserve not met at $3500 bucks, but if it comes with the black plates and all the spare grilles, dash, Link ecu etc then if someone could pick it up for around 4k and sell off the unneeded bits they could have a bargain project.
