LS1 V8 280z
Re: LS1 V8 280z
Get the front subframe out yesterday to rebuild but I'm having trouble finding the right parts. E.g. balljoints. Tie rods.
You wouldn't have that problem with a V8!!!!
Re: LS1 V8 280z
Is yours manual steer or does it have a power steering box? Ball joints should still be available, you might be best to go direct to George Stocks.
Re: LS1 V8 280z
Power. non-rack and pinion. Went to stocks today. They couldnt help with balljoints. Sorted the bushes. They had the wrong tierods but i think they might be the inner ones they have but not the outer.

Thanks guys. I've got a few options now so I'll get back on what I go with. Who does a good price on wheel bearings for these cars? Ripco quoted me $194 per corner!!!!!

Awesome you might hear from me tomorrow, they're the next piece of the puzzle. Got a lot painted up and reinstalled today it's actually looking like it should do.

Re: LS1 V8 280z
Got the front end back together as much as i can until i sort out what im doing for breaks. Also revinyled the interior. Ended up having to use f2 glue to hold it down the spray on glue is useless.
