Made up a JIG today for setting up fitment of the secondary pipes for my manifold setup
I'm pretty sure with some more imagination and tweaking i can make this work
I'm pretty sure i can make it work, if not i can still have unequal length's and still have some pretty sweet headers.

Headers are on hold a wee bit While I'm back to fixing one of my 2 broken diffs . I just seem to have bad luck with these things.
However I stripped down my 3.54 R200 and discovered that the shim stock spacer i made to get the correct preload had actually torn away, this increased preload to the point it made bad sounds.
Good news is that it was my fault and the Gear Set itself is actually in good condition, Ordered 3 new bearings from Wilson Bro's and I can start fitting that back up.
Does anybody want to swap some 12mm Ring Gear for either :
10mm bolts + a set of already spacer tubes to suit 12mm holes or
12mm ring gear bolts that had the threaded part macihined down and re threaded on a screw cutting lathe
Going to make sure I'm ready for Southern Cruise with bells on.

Are you arfter the standard r200 bolts, i tapped all mine out to m10x1.25 for the newschool rear cover so they are redundant now.
Best thing is with the new skool cover on there it fits between the boot crossmember that is notched normally in the 1600..........win

Ah I should have worded my post properly, I am after 12mm Ring Gear Bolts. I too tapped out my rear cover to M10 and have done a few for other people too.

After doing so much on Greg's Adjustable Cross member i gave mine a fairly good going over today.
Toe Adjsuters
Reinforcement Plates to beef up the origional brackets
Just have to get it Tig welded, then off for another Round of NDT Crack testing to keep it all 100% legit.

Those ones do toe and camber all in one don't they?? I was looking into that as well they look quite good but would need a bit of modding to fit a Z31 Xmember Id say??
