Trying to get rid of my ute diff to bede but need to find something to put in its place first. In the end im aiming for 300-350hp so really need some advice on the best diff etc. Shortened hilux i guess is a safe option but wondering there do you try find one already shortened to the right size or just get one and get it done yourself?

you will have more luck doing it yourself, as i doubt it would be easy to find one already done. a bit out of the box, but maybe an s13 rear end?

Yeah could be an option. Really wanting to get this stuff sorted before I get into panel and paint etc.
