How did you clean the block, head and intake manifold? Were they sand blasted? Are they sealed in anyway (clear coated)?

Yeah man, had everything I needed for the s13 conversion so just rolling with it fir now at least

Steam cleaned the block, degreased it... Degreased it again, red scotched the whole thing, cleaned it about 4 times, masked bits and pieces, metal cleaned it, acid etched it, primed it, sprayed with direct gloss black 2k (wet on wet the paint process)

Have used this method on my corvette motor and countless others without it ever delaminating...

sweet! where did you get the mounting brackets from for the calipers to the struts? I'm trying to track some down for my car

I'll have a look. Someone on trade me. But now I have someone who can have them laser cut which I can organise if ya want (use mine as a template)
