Re: Luke's GA16DE Coupe
no pictures yet, but have been sinking money into this shed ornament again lately.
ordered so far....
82mm shorter 1981 n10 pulsar shock inserts
60mm trumpets for throttle bodies
weather seal kit from ebay
new set of wheels outta japan, along with some wider options for the ute
bump steer spacers from john as my other set were pinched for the ute
hopefully lewis isnt too busy to fit the hoodlining on saturday then some glass can go in.....
still need to order coilovers, but am considering maybe wing it without for now, and just shorten the struts to suit new shocks in the meantime. as soon as thats done there will be some slammed pics

Good to hear about the progress.
My orangatang 510 here.
Re: Luke's GA16DE Coupe
wheels have been shipped from japan via moonlight racing. 14x6.5 +4 fronts/ 14x7 -2 rears in ssr star formula...unsure if these will go on coupe or ute yet as brendan did sell me a sweet set of enkei apaches a while back.
Trumpets have been purchased from phil huttie and temporarily fitted and look so so sexy. gonna sweet talk greg asap about zincing my trumpets and air flow manifold thing.
total remembered costs so far inclusive of the $3200 of the purchase price excluding all wheels/tyres is $31,350. so learning to weld/panel and paint/upholster/enginey stuff so i dont have to repeatedly throw money at things i dont understand. this admittedly does include a lot of double ups of the harder to get bits.......3x interiors excluding seats, 3 sets of chrome trim, the list goes on and on

Re: Luke's GA16DE Coupe
luke, your running tab is partly my fault ... sorry...
hey, FYI I am not using my vacuum manifold with my setup now, nor my O2 setup.
I am tuned on TPS position only. MAP readings through ITB's did not prove reliable enough.
That was my setup, and what tuner told me, and your setup may be different - just letting you know
perhaps you tune in TPS mode first, then look at MAP sensor / vacuum manifold later?
