I dropped my drivers gaurd to Wal last week that had the huge dent in it for him to look at it, and got a text the next day saying that it was done! He dropped it into work for me today Thanks again mate! Did a cracker job as always couldn't be happier! It will stay in primer for now as I'm not bothering with panel and paint (excluding that guard) til after I've had plenty of enjoyment out of it. So watch this space as shit will be getting done!

Jesse came round yesterday and we nutted out how long the rear brake hoses are going to be and what fittings etc, also got the battery box mounted and the isolator switch too! Djz has leant me a cable lug crimper so I can finish off my battery cables. Looks like we'll be dropping the rear subframe and front struts next weekend to get crack tested. Still not 100% sure if my gbox crossmember and engine mounts need testing the less I have to take out again the better!

Got stuck in fri day morn with Jesse's help, dropped rear subframe and front struts to get crack tested so they can back in for keeps (hopefully) now it's my understanding that I need to get a form from the certifier to give to the firm doing the testing??? Also cleaned and painted the rear calipers came up pretty good. No pics yet...... one last thing so these are a integrated hand brake caliper and there is a thrust bearing on the shaft the piston moves on, in the rebuild instructions I've read online there is no mention of greasing the trust bearings on re installation seems like something kind of important??? Here is a pic for reference

you will need to grease that bearing before you install, if it came out then put it back in!!!!!
