My cert guy was happy with the form from the crack test dude. I have heard of a form that the cert guy can give you, but I think they can just fill it out as long as they have the crack test report.

Haha I assume that it does? I can post better pics tonight, if it does would that rubber grease would work?

assumption is never a good thing! i dont know if rubber grease would work either becuase i cant imagine a grease that would be compatable with brake fluid and now that i think of it i dont think that bearing will have brake fluid touching it, so just put some cv grease on that bearing and away you go

Its an LVVTA form, If you use sou then QA in chch you just tell them its for LVVTA certification and they number the pieces, reference it to their own report and they also complete the form for you.

I can send you a copy of mine if you want to see it.

Haha how can I drop them off when the struts are still fully assembled.... which is why I got a 12mm hex socket to take the brake calipers and brackets off
