Are you upping the boost further - great numbers already.
I'm not sure about the blanket, they usually fall apart but this one seems to be holding together, I actually only got it because it was a cert requirement for the car due to how close the turbo is to the bonnet. It made 361 at the wheels last time so if you factor in 20 odd percent drivetrain loss then it's still making around that now, if you can believe our dyno.

I'll definitely be adding more boost, will do a bit more road tuning but I've just taken it around the track a couple of times and it's going really well apart from some break up around 3000 - 5000 rpm at lowish throttle. At full throttle it goes really, really well.

At work, that's where the car is at the moment.

Got it 95% back together yesterday, still need to finish the exhaust and wastegate piping and put the bonnet back on and get it to fit properly.

Some photos from the last couple of days.

In the big shed at work.

New flywheel on, this was the slightly lighter Japanese one.

Clutch back on - it actually feels slightly better now than it did on the old flywheel, not sure why.

Used the water jet cutter to cut out the bits to make the left hand side engine mount. I made the right hand one ages ago.

Engine back in the bay.

Up on the hoist to put the cooling system back together.

Outside after the first test drive.
