someones shit heap is probably a mint datsun to someone else personally from what ive seen its not far from as gooder nick as my car was when i got it haha definately a steal at the price it is ( most peoples opinions of datsuns are that they are rusty old pieces of shit)

I think he was a datsun guy. His boss was looking for a car to build a rally car from. I haven't seen it myself, I'm just repeating what someone who has seen it in person said.

haha my 140j came from that guy, he sold it to me after he just bought the 180b sss, not bad condition though from what i've herd about it. Made in december 1973 thats why the front grill and dash is the 1974 model

Howzit.

I am the guy that has the 610/180B at Cardomain. I read your message and wondered where you were. There used to be another NZ datsun site I used to go, seems gone.

Nice car ! It is similar to mine, orange 180B. I do not have the luxury of owning an SSS. In fact I have never seen an SSS LHD. You have that cool round gauge SSS cluster.

I am finishing working on mine. It was almost ready, but I am going overseas for 2 mos, until early March, so the final touch has been suspended.

I will make a pafge about my car when I come back, or perhaps if I find peace while overseas, I will open a thread.

How were the rubber gaskets on back of your japanese tail lamps? Mine are all dried and cooked. Nissan does not have new ones over here.

Nice 610. Nice toys you got too ( Mini Cooper and others.)
