Started fitting my wee fibre glass gifts to myself yesterday
, will upload pics tonight...also finished running fuel lines and mounted fuel pump. Now just needing to get an outlet welded to my fuel pump so i can connect the lines. Anyone know anyone who can weld a 5/16 outlet to the bottom of my fuel tank?
Just needing to bolt my clutch up, find myself some gearbox bolts and then motor will be in and its off to Dans to get wired.
Anyone have a set of sr20 gearbox bolts they want to sell? Or have a set so i can check what size they all are so I can just source a set real cheap rather then paying $85 to buy them off trademe.

Blacks fasteners would have to be the best bet. It pays to get someone who gets trade to buy them though.

Yeah ive got a mate who can get me trade through them. Just got to work out what sizes i need

should be M12 x 1.25 or M12 x 1.5 i think. just a standard metric bolt. not sure on lenght though

Yeah the lenghts are what is pissing me off. probably just going to stop being a cheap bastard and just buy a set.... also getting close to looking for paint options....so opinions please, these are the colors im stuck between so far (also keen on a gloss white but any opinions would be great) e.g. colors that hide body imperfections better etc

White is hard work to keep clean.
Also, they wont be fine thread bolts. It's bad practice to use fine threads in soft metal like aluminium.

$85? Bugger that. I've ordered some for Nissan for my car and haven't paid for them yet but should be well under that.

Got my bell housing bolts today. $45. That's for 12 bolts.

And you got them through Nissan? in chch? that sounds like a far better deal to me!

its not such a chore to straighten a shell out, then you can have it any colour you want
