Nice work Jessee
Don't forget some plastic washers to isolate the alloy radiator from the metal of the car. This prevents internal corrosion so it will last a long time.

yes james I always have rubber spacers on my alloy radiators
well its been a busy month so I thought I would do a update
the rear panel is all welded in and now just needs bogg to tidy it up, have talked to my wife and we will bogg and primer the entire car over the next 6 months, just doing small bits etc
got the proportional valve installed and made some bundy up so just need to go to safe r brakes and get them to flare them all as I will NOT use one of those shit house diy flaring tools
got my anodizing back from greg a while ago to for my watts linkage and its all mint and ready to go now
I also brought some new gland nuts for shortening my front struts, I will lathe these out so a snug fit and then get nick to tig weld them on so they are super strong, I have used these because iam sticking with the factory springs and spring seats and this is stronger than just cutting 2 inches out of the strut housing tube
everything in the boot area is all mounted now just need to paint the floor basically
brake master and booster all done, 7/8 bore for my larger breaks iam running

so rear panel, I had to finish the middle piece between the lower panel and under the tail lights, I started with making 2 side support pieces then made 3 pieces to fill the larger hole, took about 40 spot welds but iam really happy with it, it has taken me a while to get it done but iam happy with the end result. just needs a small about of panel beating and some bogg and that's that done
this probalbly took 5 times too long but its the most complex piece I have ever done and iam happy with it

and more shit ive done
custom made strut brace from scratch just need the alloy bar to be welded as the ends have been made to have left and right hand threads and inserted into hollow bar
made a brake master cylinder stopper
so have got boot spoiler 95% ready just been finishing the fitment onto the rear gaurds

Awesome work Jesse, you will be developing great skills. Work looks good and must be satisfying making stuff yourself.

I'm real glad this coupe is getting saved.
It was a lot rustier that I thought it was when it did the rounds before you got it.
