Iv been holding out recently, the picture uploaded takes too long and I lack patience. ....torqued wrote:Thank you for pictures.
Iv procured some serious goodies, trim and lenses and what not, a few 5 speed gboxs, badges etc.
Just trying to get it prepped for the mission to springston for wiring.
Yet to sort out cams and head spacers but I'm poor due to travel. Watch this space in the very near future

Re: Luke's GA16DE Coupe
Update!!!!!!
Brendan helped me out heaps at pickapart and i scored late model GA16DE complete head (with nvcs!) 115hp factory at flywheel.
Will be taking this and my manifold into tim @ pine engineering for stage 2 port and polish when i have some spare time.
Finally my 13x7 0 offset enkei apaches turned up from japan after a 4 month wait! they will need a repair at royce clive before getting the pretty up from aiden @ the other half of pine engineering.
Bart turned down my hubs to suit the s13 brake upgrade, and Greg has ordered me in new wheel bearings etc, just waiting for struts to come back and will assemble (already rebuilt callipers)
Lewis dropped my nice pretty rear seat cover panel off and i fitted that on saturday, looks the tits! have also cut out new kick panels out of thicker mdf, yet to vinyl.
Im hoping for march next year for a north island roadtrip fully legal as insurance companies will by then have decided im instantly a better driver due to my age.

Re: Luke's GA16DE Coupe
So, gone backwards with this thing.
Car is now stripped down (interior still in) and getting a respray at Wals place so the engine bay matches the rest of the coupe.
Finished hopefully about March depending on finances.
