UPDATE!
got my newly refurbed starter motor and wiper motors picked up from rolly auto sparky thanks to hayden, getting them tomorrow.
won a cusco strut brace for $7k yen out of japan which is on its way here in a very slow boat.
grommets turned up for the engine bay courtesy of ebay.
zinced the hard lines for the brakes
redline datsun 1200 radiator turned up a while back but the holes to mount it are so far out compared to factory location its ridiculous.
small issue attaching the idler arm, due to the differing mounts i have for the engine it now fouls on the headers, unsure of brand but probably coby d1s or d2s. i read somewhere that one works but the other hits etc. unsure where to go with this issue for now. help please!
jeremy made me a sweet gbox xmember but i didnt give him quite enough measurements or offsets, the old xmember should never have been a template.
getting a plate made up to cover my fuel tank where the intank pump setup is.
got a small plastic clip so i can finally open the drivers door with the exterior handle, yet to fit it as i dont trust myself and dont wanna dissasemble a complete finished passenger side to see how it works. bribe brendan i think.
no point taking any pictures because it still looks the same at this stage sorry lads.
very seriously thinking about having a working bee on this if anyone was keen as at the rate im going this wont make nationals.
if anyone has a joiner clip for the gutter trim i will pay happily for one in good nick
