Small Update:
Finally some panel work has started, with the first couple of patches going in around the rear 1/4 windows
Also have sussed out which Murakami mirrors I will be using, I will repaint them more of a gun metal colour and polish them up.

So I called out to H-Bombs Customs and classics on Friday after work for a beer and to view progress.
The boys have spent a couple of days on repairs now.
Unfortunately (as is always) there is a bit more cancer then we thought, and so they have had to completely cut out the LH sill, and repair around the Top LH chassis rail. also behind the valance, the bottom of the radiator support needed replaced.
The boys have also started 'smoothing' out the engine bay - if anyone wants a rust free battery support frame yell out!
Hoping to have the sill work done by the end of this week. and will put up on the rottisiere to start the guards, and fixing the couple of dents that are in it.
I am real stoked with progress! got out there tonight and pulled the diff and suspension out.

Bit more progress this week.
Due to a few hidden rust areas we have come across, there has already been more work go in than I had planned (as per usual story)
however Hadlee and me will not cut corners, and want this car done 100% so have to do these things properly.
Hope to have all the major repair work done in the next week or two, and will then look at the few wee dents, and the bolt on panels.
Suspension and Diff just removed, once the sills are done it will be lifted onto the rotisserie
Little bit of patch work on drivers floor, and bottom of pillar starting to be rebuilt
Few small bits of rust in the passengers floor, and few pinholes under the sound deadening, so decided to resection in noew floor pieces in conjunction with pillar bottom rebuild
After cutting off the old sill, unfortunately we found the inner sill between floor pan and sill was a bit doggy, so have replaced all this along the LH side also...
Bottom of A pillars, being rebuilt up, these were the worst areas of the car
New sills folded up, ready to be installed this week.

cheers Ginge. My mate runs a pretty tidy restore operation, the floor panel patches are all butt welded, so once it is ground back and painted, will never know. Be good to get the sills on, and get it on the rotissiere
