have photos of progress to date, but something hinky going on with the technology side of things and cant get them from my computer to anywhere, but the passenger side chassis rust is complete and halfway through drivers side, has been a MASSIVE mission, but very satisfying getting it sorted, and saving another datsun.

I hear ya.

RUST IS NOW SORTED, (thank fuck) have plenty of pics, so will attempt to sort a couple out and post them.(might need some help from my 12 year old for this)
on to the 2 door..................

The man! Another Datsun saved hopefully!

yeah well and truly saved, stripped off the front scuttle, cut out the under side of the dash in both corners, and completely re-fabbed seemingly everything to do with the rain water vents on both sides, made new chassis section,s that attatch to the tops of the guards, and fixed some horrible attempts at re-pairs by others.
