sorry men, nothing but a head full of ideas, we are back in the north island town of tauranga, living it up over winter,

yah, holidays are here and I can work on some of my own stuff,
alloy loveliness, just need to do the one for the other side and then trim and fit them
bit of a closer view of the door handle indent
sorry its been so long between updates, but with some planning, there should be more progress over the next we while.

Re: 2 doors 1200 2door sedan
back on the first page again, well now that the coupe has gone and ive sold a few bits and pieces, ive been able to inject some funds back into this thing, some of you may have figured out that the ca motor and box has been sold,
Brendan has come to the party and supplied some turbo pulsar pistons, which will fit nicely in the holes of the A14 block I obtained from bart, so you've probably figured out by now that I have returned full circle back to the land of all things A series.
you can all blame the little black coupe for all this back tracking and what not, building the motor for that, and driving it round has made me change tack.
I ordered today from scott at http://www.embeddeddesign.co.nz/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; a megasquirt ecu and wiring loom, if anyone ever wants aftermarket fuel injection for there ride then you could do a lot worse than talking to scott,
for a fuel only that has the capacity to go ignition as well at a later date, it will be $647 to my doorstep including wiring loom and sensors.
I have sourced some mandral bent steam pipe bends for the manifold and am looking forward to putting it all together.
another couple of weeks may see the doors re-hung and ill need to put the motor in the hole so that I can fabricate the water to air cooler pipes and radiator mounts, engine and gearbox mounts that will see the motor sit an inch or so further back and a little lower than factory, I might as well seeing as the tunnel has been made bigger etc.
sorry to all the CA fans out there but im sure your outnumbered by the A series fans anyway.
