Getting closer to that gx replica look I'm chasing.

Bonnet needs a skimming and some mounts sorted and then hopefully some paint.

Still haven't swapped out nos 510 bluebird mirrors for my mint gx5 coupe ones (thanks grant) just yet...... but itl happen.
Doing a 1200 mission this Saturday to kaikora and I'm fizzing, about 5 vehicles doing a sweet route Brendan's mapped out.
Gave josh with the red deluxe my spare a15 with the R1 bike carbs to borrow while his crank gets polished..... and it took him all of 5 Fucking minutes to have that thing up and running mint.
HUGE ports. It's a (now) round port a15 h89 head.

Planning a 3.9 diff swap from the 4.1 to lower revs for the big mission to ohakune. Because 14s will raise the coupe. And it's already too high.

Man that looks soooo good! What's happening with the other mirrors when you get the gx ones on?

Probably go back in the bubblewrap and into the nissan boxes again.
Seeing as I already have fender mirrors for the ute, square style ones which I think suit utes and sedans better.

I see.... bet they cost a pretty penny too. Really need something better than what I have!

Half day today, spent it working on the coupe.
Got tyres fitted to my riverside riverge rims and slapped em on coupe,
Fitted new grill, grill badge, and correct mirrors.

as long as you lower to my spec........... you may want to run the 7s though, 7.5s are a nudge wide

i shed a tear seeing the lack of ride height on 14s

looks like a different car now though

This is why i need a set of matching wheels and tyres so i can set the height. I got mismatched tyres on my 13s

Those mags look pretty epic Luke.
I shudder to think how much they might owe you.
I have a tidy set of Bogan 13" mags with almost brand new tyres Hayden. They're only 5.5's though. 185/60/13.

already gone, 14'' rims raise the coupe too much so i sold said pricey rims with brand spanking new 195/45r14s to hayden for his coupe!!!

riverside riverges in 14x6.5j +9 all round. quite rare, took me months and months to find. but in the end the coupe was too high for my liking.

back to apaches for now, but won a pair of 13x7.5j -5 work equip 01s in 3 piece to match the pair due to arrive next week off the boat, 6.5j +4 fronts.
