New Zealand Datsun Club

Twas a nice outing, but there were far too few datsuns in attendance. having not driven my 1200 for a few weeks, it was most pleasureable to reacquaint myself with it.
I had a bit of trouble finding a co-pilot, but fortunately Zeb was on hand to take up the challenge!

agree with bart, our attendance was dismall, but cheers to those who came. was good to go for a drive and see some nice cars. apart from a couple muppets trying to show off, it was a good day out. will post pics up later

don't judge the muppets too harshly Dylan. I was no saint myself. But I did take exception to the club K guys who were hanging the arse out on the gravel in the wheatsheaf carpark.
I did meet a few new guys who were decent bloke though. I cuaght up with one guy (in a datsun) who was on the Akaroa cruise, but I never got the chance to spoke to. (I told him about our next cruise, and got a good respeonce)

Well I must admit that was my most unsuccesful trip in the J yet Caught up with ya's...at Taylors Mistake lmao shoulda just stayed where I was then drove straight there! Looked like it had been a good turn out tho..Needed more datsuns - far too many toyotas lol

Yeah. Debut event and us Datsun folk are shy.
With it a known fact that there were gonna be idioits in toyotas spraying gravel everywhere i woyuldnt take a mint datto there. Hell i didnt even take the ute.

good fun, didnt make it to work due to a rare illness which enabled me to drive but not go to work. im sure im not the only one who has suffered from this every once and a while.
