Z18ET Won't Start

Help!!
Okay so got my Z18ET all wired up in the 610 yesterday but still can't get the damn thing to start. Took a spark plug out and it is getting spark, and I can hear the VL pumping continuously whenever the key is on with fuel coming out of the return. Can also feel the engine sucking air through the AFM when it's turning over.
I took a spark plug out and couldn't see or smell any fuel on it, so maybe not getting fuel through the injectors?
I've got one wire left from the ecu which isn't plugged into anything, it is a green wire which goes into pin 13 in the ecu. The computer has a little green light on it which flashes once when I turn the key to "on", not sure what that means if it means anything?
Hopefully someone knows what the hell this could be as I don't.

You got the plug leads on and in the right order?

The spark plug leads? I think so, will check again tonight, but I'm pretty sure the cap is labelled and they all go to the correct plugs. I'm only running the intake coil at this stage, so it's only the intake plugs that I need to worry about I guess.

Hey man.
have you found your earth wire yet?
from the look of the wiring diagram, grab the wire from pin 15 (should be pretty close to the ECU), and earth it and see if it helps.
that Pin 15 should also connect up to pins 19, 20 & 22
Were you asking about pin 4 before? check its connected up to IGN on power

Hey Dan, yeah I checked the earths last night, and all of them are earthed to my inlet manifold.
Regarding pin 4, the wire for pin 4 is connected to the wire from pin 27 and is wired into IGN power from when you did it. I'm going to check that those are still getting power when the engine is getting cranked over but my main concern is that there is no pin 4 on the ecu side. I'll try and get a photo but what happens is the wire comes back and connects into ecu plug, but when you take the plug out you can see that there is no little metal pin in the ecu for pin 4. All the rest have pins so don't know why this one doesn't. Can they fall out?

Also Damon, yeah my leads are all on and sweet. I wasn't thinking before but I had already tested the spark and they sparking so I think it's all pretty sweet. As far as I can tell the problem is fuel related (i.e. computer is pretty much a fuel only).

Put a test light across the injector plugs (a noid light is better) crank it over and see if the light pulses. Sounds to me like you have an electrical issue that involves your injectors.

Oh yeah, sorry forgot to put up that it was running. Dan summed it up well though. I did use a test light though to check if they were getting signal. Worked a treat
