Yes and yes. I have both here at the moment.
My 720 chassis is H190
and my old 521 chassis is alloy head H190
Nick M now owns the alloy head H190

Nice that is what I like to hear. Are the alloy head ones more desirable? Sorry I dont really know much about these things.

The alloy head ones are lighter. By a resonable amount too.
If you have the choice get the alloy one for sure. I'd only get a steel one if the price was too good to pass up (i.E. Free)
Going rate for an alloy one seems to be about $100 but can be had a bit cheaper if you hunt around

The alloy head diffs are around the same weight as an H165, despite having beefier axles.

Probably a stupid question but may aswell ask...
1200's are obviously 4 by 114.3 stud pattern...is there much harm in putting 114's on there? are my wheels going to fall off and am i going to die? :violin:

114.3 = 4.5"
Some older Japanese cars used metric PCD's eg mazda rx7 = 4 x 110 but no one use 4 x 114.0, so they'll be 114.3
Some people just say 114, but they be 114.3 dont worry.
