Hey guys,

Found this last night on trademe:
http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... =285407163" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Does anybody on here know anything about this setup, or the owner? I have to sort out a hydraulic clutch setup myself, so was looking for some shortcuts and hoping to ask someone who has done it already.

Would love to just buy the setup but don't have the cash to throw at it right now. I figure there is a good chance the winner of the auction will put it in a car with a non-hydraulic clutch setup, so if anyone here wins it, or knows the winner, keen to be put in touch with them to see if there isn't any sort of bellhousing swap/deal that could be done.

It wouldn't be too hard to replicate a set up of that kind.

Yes - my guess is that it is just using the cable clutch setup with a slave cylinder with appropriate travel for where it is mounted to the clutch fork. I have asked the guy what cylinders he has used.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Ron (taiparacer) who swapped this gbox with hydraulic clutch setup for my standard one.

Helps a lot as I don't have to muck around working out the slave cylinder travel etc. myself, and getting all the ali welding done somewhere.

Thanks Ron, really appreciate it.
