Flauskis new edition 140J sedan

Well, epic journey to Hastings today. That makes 3 cars from Hastings for Flauski (1200/C110/this), all driven back. Caught the bus up at 8am which was painful cause there were some really smelly unkempt people onboard!
Another right place right time purchase. Guess I have all the luck when it comes to good deals.
I was picked up at Hastings bus stop and taken to the old owners house to fill out paperwork. A while after that, jump in drive off! Stopped in Waipukarau to put in $50 gas and still have half a tank at the other end. Sweet.
I drove without braking much, I was told no issues with the car but turns out the front brake pads must be rooted cause bad noise of steel on steel when braking. There was no turning back.
Made it without a hitch and enjoyed the ride, nice to drive although drivers seat padding worn and I swear I was riding on seat springs.
Its white, 1973, two owner (same family), 125kms on clock. Has OG guard mirrors and original owners manual. Little rugged with shopping dings etc but has no real rust which is beyond comprehension? I know these rust around screens/boot/sills/front guards and all only have minor surface rust. Mind you I ran out of time to have a real close look. A Datsun without gaping holes?
Plan is to lower and put wheels on, then either take to Akaroa later in year or sell. Either way it will be sold to help finance 240K.
Pictures to follow.
