About to start a wee project on a rusty little 1200 ute, and just trying to get my plan ironed out before I get to far into it.

Running hilux diff in it, so wanna go five stud at the front too.

I have some z31 turbo front hubs and some five stud brakes left from another project whats involved in putting them onto a 1200.Can do all the machining of brackets, welding etc myself so im not worried about that side of it, I just really wanna know whats compatible.

Will i be able to put 910 front suspension into it and will the hubs fit the struts?
Secondly will this increase the track width? by how much?
Which bits will i need?

which engine are you going to use?

Unless you're going to run a heavier engine, 1200 (car) disc brake struts with an S13 upgrade go off gangbusters. PLus with ute steering arms (Post '74 ones anyway) having the bigger ball joint taper hole you can run the longer b310 ball joints to get some free camber too.
Plus you can buy coilover kits to suit the 45mm strut tube diameter too.

yeah pretty sure z31 hubs will fit the 910 strut, they are kind of a rare hub so doubt anyone on here has actually done it
910 struts with 310 bottom arms increases track about an inch a side from memory.

if ya wanna change the front stud pattern jus get adaptors and use the s13/u13 brake upgrade problem solved

I had z31 Hubs on my GTiR Pulsar.

r31 4 stud vs z31 5 stud bearings look exactly the same havent measured them yet.

What is the stub angle though? Is it anywhere near the 1200 angle?

What part would i need to get them in?
