Since my car is on the road again, we should look at doing another cruise over the summer. I was thinking Kaikoura as it's a decent drive, but fairly close to a large group of us.
Or who has an even sweeter destination idea?
Who would be keen?
CRUISE DETAILS,
Meet at the New World Northwood car park on Main North rd 10am, Saturday, 4th of December.
Heading to Kaikoura Via the inland route.
Probably a stop or two along the way. (depending on how people are feeling) And stopping for a play at nthe GoKart track.

I'd be keen, provided we took the inland Routes Via Waiau, but not going the Culverden way. Up the coast, in to waiau, then back out to Kaikoura, those who are keen to make a weekend of it could continue around the top to Nelson, great roads! But it would be a heck of a long way behind a little blue truck or a VW Touareg towing a trailer! (AKA trip out to little river at 80k.)

I'd (we'd) be keen for sure, but it depends on when it is. Got my mom coming from Canada for a holiday on Dec. 21st and staying untill Jan 16th, then on the 17th I'm up to Nelson for a work trip to the processing plant. I wouldn't mind going while mom is here (she's sweet, party girl, even tho she's old lol) but we're up to Rotorua Dec 26th to 30th, then to Samoa Jan 7th to 15th, so it's pretty nuts but I'm stealing the Z while she's here so it'll be sweeeet as.
I'll keep checking for dates, but count us in for now
