datsun 1200 coupe. whats it worth?

Here's the story.
As some of you may know, I was contacted by a lady asking for advise regarding the value of a datsun 1200 coupe that she and her sister inherited from their late mother.
I've been sent some pictures of the car, but I'd like to confer with my datsun Brethren.
The details regarding the car are as follows,
The car Was owned by her late mother from new. According to car jam it's done 120,000 miles. It doesn't show the odo readings from before a given date, but between sept 1996 and december 2006 it only traveled 1,100 miles.
The car has the original wheels, hubcaps, datsun keyring, datsun tool kit, etc. As you can see the paint has become quite weathered, and would need a panel and respray. Something Bede noticed when I showed him the pictured was that it still has the original guard mirrors. (None of my 1200's have still had those)
Aside from that the car is complete.
Pics to come
The owner was given a offer to buy it recently. But as the car has much sentimental value, she sought another opinion as to it's value before selling it. She and her sister have decided to put the sale on the back burner for the time being. But I did offer to put this up here to gain an idea of fair market value. She agreed on the provisor that she not be contacted or hassled to sell it. Which is fair enough.
so what do you think this car is worth?
