A dude came to see me today and was telling me about a 1600 they had on their trailer, only good for parts he reckoned, probably the same one.

Id say so, as it looked original but slightly worse for wear from being left outside.

Was down in Tekapo last weekend and saw this little beauty at the salmon farm outside of twizel.
The guy diving it is from Dunedin but he said it belongs to his brother somewhere near Queenstown. Has been in storage for years and only just come out.

Yeah I was stoked to see it. Spike to the guy for a fair bit so much that his friends went into the shop bought stuff came out and were waiting for him lol.
Didn't have any cards on my unfortunately but did tell him all about the club and of course the southern cruise as we were in the area.
Will have to hope that he comes on here and checks us out.
First one of these I've ever seen on the road in person!
Only other one I've seen in the flesh was just a shell.
