Almost completed an entire lowering job in one weekend...but there was bound to be one thing that tripped it up, I decided to change the calipers and this is what awaited me...the guy who replaced them last must have been having a bad day. This is a car I want to do right so is there anyone who could help out with a heli-coil job for an m12 sized hole? has to be fine thread. I have spare bolts so no probs there. I just don't understand though, how do you screw this up? It is technical ineptitude at the most basic of levels. I am in christchurch, 027 307 7230.

whats the thread in the hole like. maybe just run a tap through to clean the inner thread and try a new bolt. from what i can see the stuffed bit from the bolt may just be lodged in it. try a tap first as a heli coil will need the hole to be redrilled, then tapped to suite the helicoil
