well i took my car to opawa as iv been their ever since iv had my car pretty much.. they looked after me but this time hes just being picky the old guy used to do it now this time didnt see the old guy their an was just the young guy dont think he likes his oldskool..
he failed me on exhaust leak at the rear mufler an manifold.. headlight to align,an leaking at the rear drum.. i fixed the headlight just adjusted it an the exhaust leak i got exhaust cement found the leak at the mufler was a little hole so on went the gue sorted no hole. then the manifold found where that was an gued that up to the dellortos make a noise like ticking told him that the day he failed me he argued the point so said fair enough now iv sorted it.. it failed on it lastime on a diffrent place exhaust cemented it passed sweet now gf took it back their today coz she finishes at 2 but he said to her he hasnt fixed it an her being a girl not knowing to much what hes on bout said ok sweet cya. came home told me iz like wtf i have hes just being a dick so does anyone on here do wof's? ill show you the last wof sheet. i thought sweet get it passed for the holidays an can take it to hamner or something but na now times running out only have a few days left on the resit dont think ill do it enough to make him happy an pass it ...end of the day not going back their for my next wof.

haha sorry was in a rush on my m8s computer only hada couple of minutes..end of the day the story is hes failing me on a exhaust leak.i mean come on give me a brake i fixed it (yea shouldve put a new gasket on) but i put exhaust cement an its sealed the hole so why not slap a sticker on its not like im going to get pulled over an the cops going to be like omg who gave you this wof an do him. i checked it again last nite an cant find where this imagineery leak is hes talking about i told him those dellorto carbs make a funny noise like that but he doesnt want to believe it.

Hold a rag over the exhaust pipe is it building up pressure? or does it seem to be released from somewhere.

Wof guys are pricks but usually they wont fail you unless there is a fault. sometimes they are a bit fussy but 9/10 they are just doing there job

ok yea fair enough guess he is just doing his job i still reakon its the sound of the dellortos but iv just brought a gasket so going to change it tonight.
the thing that got me frustrated is he could tell me where its leaking from

Is it leaking? can you see a sotty mark on what you are changing?

Did you try getting somebody to put their hand over the muffler end to see if you could hear it leaking? Just a thought.
