Thanks team!

At this stage it's looking like I'm going to have to get a leaf added (springs are too soft) and will probably get the springs reset again so that the eyes are in the original orientation, as with it this low they are contacting the subframe. It just means that my springs will be a lot flatter I'm guessing and probably won't ride as nice. Oh well.

Still need to get the floor skin modified further as there is still some metal to metal contact when going over large enough bumps. Hopefully it will all be able to be sorted in the next month or so.

For those that are interested, this car is still going strong:

Long story short, got WOF and Cert ages ago and have just been driving it since then.
Paint's on the cards but need to find a place that I can trust to do a good job.

Life is crazy busy with work and everything else so don't get much (read: any) time for coming on here to update.

Until next time...

Cheers guys. Will have to call in next time I'm down your way.
Hope all is well!
I've still got the Z18ET-powered red sedan as well, although even less has changed on that recently.

I finally got those SU carburetors off Leppa's 910 onto the wagon a couple of weeks ago....along with a ported SSS head, bigger valves and a ground cam.
Got it running without too much hassle, although it could probably do with a tune. Haven't been for a test ride yet.

Will slam some pics of that up if I get a chance to take some of it finished.

Got the car driveable with the W53 head in it (Kelford cam, larger valves). Interesting though that the head I took out was an A87 and had the closed combustion chamber as well.

I've got it running the standard Nikki single carb at the moment as a temporary measure.
Went for a hoon around the streets and checked the plugs:

Thoughts?
Too lean? (I'm not an experienced plug reader and Google wasn't as helpful as I'd hoped)
